Elementary Science Olympiad
30th Elementary Science Olympiad

Friday, March 21st, 2025 9:10am - 1:50pm at Southwestern Michigan College
Who: Third, fourth, and fifth grade students. Each district can send a maximum of 20 students per grade (groups of five). A teacher/adult must accompany each group of 10 students. Teachers must be willing to conduct one of the day’s events, if needed.
What: A day of “hands-on” science events designed to challenge and nurture students’ science interests and abilities. The students will rotate through a variety of physical, life or earth science activities which will require them to use science processes and thinking skills. Attendance at Elementary Science Olympiad is a reward and recognition for students who are scientifically competent and motivated.
Cost: $6.00 each for student, teacher and/or accompanying adult. The School District will be invoiced after the event. Please do not send payment ahead of time.
